Bladder Tank SA was established in 2017 by Will Marshall Smith, after working numerous years in the coated fabric and inflatable boating industry.
Proudly local, with our Head Office and Factory located in Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa, Bladder Tank SA provides flexible solutions for storage and transport of liquids, fuels, potable and non-potable water, oils, chemicals and any other liquids.
Flexible Bladder Tanks, which are also known as pillow tanks, have been designed to store liquids from 50 litres to 250,000 litres. Our Bladder tank designs have been used successfully for many years to store products over short, medium and long term periods throughout a variety of Industries such as transport / logistics, agriculture, industrial, commercial, marine, oil and gas, military and disaster relief / emergency management.

We also offer custom design and fabrication services should you be looking for a specific product to suit your requirements. Our Production team lead by Production Manager, Faraz Sookdeo, pride themselves on their craftsmanship, bringing you, the client, a product of exceptional quality. All our products are manufactured using the latest multi layered technical fabric with a polyester weave coated to withstand just about any liquid known to man. The materials are bonded together into the Bladder tank construction by welding together using either Thermo-welding or a High Frequency welding procedure.

OUR PRODUCTS
Available between 50 and 250 000 litres (larger bladder tanks can be custom made) and constructed from the latest and toughest materials, easily transportable and versatile bladder tanks are the perfect fit for liquid storage and transportation in every day domestic, industrial or remote locations. Unlike fixed storage tanks, Bladder tanks are easily portable, compact and light enough to allow the user to transport, store and relocate to where the liquids are required quickly.
Designed and developed over many years of infield trials, Bladder Tank SA have a range of transportable bladder tanks enabling Trucking and Logistics companies to maximise return loads using our Bladder Tank systems. Our Bladder tanks turn every trailer into a profitable return load tanker service with minimal requirements.
Bladder Tank SA can also provide other products for use alongside flexible tanks including PVC ground sheets, tank covers and liners. Aside from the standard range of fittings and valves, our Bladder tanks are also available with a range of fittings, fillers, valves, couplings and hose assemblies to suit our customers every requirement.
STANDARD WATER BLADDER RANGE
Our Standard Water Bladder (SWB) Range is manufactured using 800gsm PVC and comes fitted with inlet/outlet fittings and breather. Please note dimensions, weight and packing dimensions are approximate. We manufacture custom mobile and fitted water bladders to suit your space or application and all water bladders are available in potable or non-potable fabric.
